Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Janesville, WIPosition Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and management of digital marketing efforts that support marketing initiatives, including global initiatives.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Improve website functionality and ease of navigation for all corporate websites • Understand and work to improve the company'sSearch Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) as well as initiate/manage Pay For Click (PPC) campaigns • Work with outside designers and web developers to ensure global brand consistency among corporate websites • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for both lead qualification/generation and reporting • Maintain campaign planning/execution, budgeting, maintenance, content development • Keep up with new trends and social media platforms • Develop and make effective use of mobile communications devices • Develop and implement most efficient digital lead distribution to sales channel to maximize Return of Investment (ROI) of marketing communications campaigns • Support sales & marketing staff on special projects as needed, including supporting traditional marketing functions - database management, direct mailings, public relations, developing samples and sales aids, etc. • Track and report all analytics to sales & marketing team and implement changes to successfully impact bottom line conversionsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Proven track record of success in internet marketing strategies, social media and mobile marketing • Demonstrated understanding of web analytics • Working knowledge of marketing principles and techniques • In-depth knowledge of and prior experience with Adobe Creative Cloud • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office • Able to understand technical product information and learn company's products • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail oriented and able to set priorities
