Who Digital Marketing Specialists Are
The Digital Marketing Specialist plans and executes multi-media digital strategies to promote energy-saving HVAC innovation. This highly creative role requires strong collaboration across the marketing team. We want a true team player. This professional maintains a modern understanding of SEO, AEO, and social media marketing practices. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Maintenance
  • Content Updates: Update and manage core website content, structure, and media across standard pages and product configurators.
  • Content Creation: Identify website content gaps, then develop and write new material (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers).
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and resolve website system errors, rendering flaws, and minor performance bugs.
  • KPIs: Record, analyze, and adjust website performance utilizing platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Copilot, and Gemini.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting: Conduct technical analysis of web traffic and provide actionable insights on website and campaign performance to enhance user experience, optimize search engine rankings, and maximize conversion results.
  • SEO & AEO Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating comprehensive SEO and AEO strategies designed to increase online brand presence, optimize for AI discovery engines, and drive organic traffic growth.
  • Digital Advertising: Assist in formulating the annual digital advertising plan, identifying high-impact digital marketing opportunities, and executing and monitoring digital advertising campaigns.

Social Media Marketing
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media posts and campaigns, monitor industry trends, and actively engage in online conversations on behalf of the company.
  • Audience Growth & Engagement: Track social KPIs while working to expand the company's following and maximize engagement across all active social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Email Marketing: Develop, design, and deploy digital content for email newsletters and marketing e-blasts using marketing automation tools.
  • Digital Media Development: Produce digital assets to support multi-channel marketing activities, including video content, presentations, photography, podcasts, and 3D illustrations.
  • Asset Archiving: Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and archiving digital asset libraries to ensure team accessibility and brand consistency.

Brand Management
  • Brand Guideline Alignment: Adhere to existing brand standards across all digital marketing channels.
  • Event & Sponsorship Digital Support: Enhance company sponsorships, events, and trade show presence through strategic digital communication channels.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • SEO & AEO Expertise: Strong working knowledge of and familiarity with industry trends and practices preferred.
  • Marketing Analytics: Experience working with digital analytics software, such as SEMrush and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Social Media Tools: Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) is considered a plus.
