Compensation: $65,000-$85,000/year depending on experience
What You'll Do:
  • Own day-to-day marketing execution ensuring initiatives are launched correctly, on time, and aligned to brand standards and store priorities.
  • Execute and manage cross-channel marketing work (website updates, promotions, CRM initiatives, SEM/digital coordination, creative requests), acting as the single point-of-contact for store marketing needs.
  • Own monthly promotional updates and ensure accuracy and timely deployment across all relevant platforms and teams.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to store leadership, actively participating in dealership meetings and building deep working relationships across Sales/Service/Operations.
  • Extract and analyze key performance datasets (website traffic, lead performance, engagement) and translate findings into clear actions that improve performance.
  • Lead ongoing operational audits (lead routing, phone tracking, listings/data integrity) and drive fixes in partnership with store teams and vendors.
  • Proactively identify friction points and improvement opportunities in both marketing execution and customer experience; present recommendations to store leadership.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across touchpoints (website, directory profiles, digital assets, in-store materials, and customer-facing communications).
  • Provide quality assurance across deliverables to maintain accuracy, brand consistency, and a high standard of execution.
  • Lead/support content creation and shoots (video/photo/reels), ensuring deliverables match brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Drive organic social execution and collaborate on creative assets that support store priorities and local/community relevance.
  • Own content planning cadence and publishing.
  • Support and/or lead dealership events and sponsorships, including coordination, communication planning, and content capture.
  • Plan and execute brand activations that strengthen brand consideration locally (partnerships, launches, community events), including logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Provide monthly reporting on performance, what worked/what didn't, and recommended adjustments.
  • Maintain proactive planning calendars for promotions, content, key brand moments, and campaign launches.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent hands-on marketing experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, dealership marketing, or performance-focused roles
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (website, CRM/email, social, digital advertising, directory profiles).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business leaders and present to large teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, service, or operations teams preferred.
