Responsibilities
The Digital Experience Operations Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and governance of digital experiences across the corporate website and related platforms. This role is responsible for translating digital strategy, campaign requirements, and optimization initiatives into high-quality, accessible, and measurable web experiences.
Working closely with the Digital User Experience Strategist and cross-functional partners, this role ensures digital production is efficient, scalable, and aligned with user experience standards, accessibility requirements, SEO best practices, and analytics readiness. The Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining website quality, enabling experimentation, and improving operational workflows that support demand generation and user engagement.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience working in a web content management system
  • Experience supporting digital marketing or website operations in a cross functional environment
  • Working knowledge of HTML and web publishing fundamentals
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, QA practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and digital asset practical application including web, email, video, and PDF
