Content Marketing Manager – Serenity Healthcare   

Salary: $95,000-$130,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (In-person)   

About the Role: We’re seeking a talented and motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll lead how Serenity earns visibility and authority in search, from traditional organic results to the AI-powered tools people increasingly use to find mental health care. You'll own our website content and AI/SEO strategy, manage our external SEO and web partners, and lead and develop one direct report focused on AI and SEO.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own Serenity's website content across both classic SEO and AI-driven discovery, with the goal of growing qualified search traffic to our web properties.
  • Own the strategy, development, and management of core content programs, including blogs, articles, press content, resource materials, thought leadership, and campaign content.
  • Stay ahead of a fast-moving search and AI landscape, actively monitoring and implementing algorithm updates, AI platform changes, and emerging best practices through trusted industry sources and firsthand testing.
  • Maintain the technical foundations of AI discoverability, including FAQ and schema strategy, content freshness, and emerging standards such as llms.txt.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for SEO agency and web agency work, translating business priorities into actionable direction and keeping projects on timeline.
  • Lead and grow one direct report focused on AI and SEO, setting priorities, defining performance goals, and running consistent 1:1s.
  • Lead FAQ strategy and creation, including question sourcing, prioritization, structure, and continuous improvement.  

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital communications, including ownership of organic search strategy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how content, structured data, and links influence both traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
  • Working knowledge of CMS/website content management and on-page SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools, and familiarity with the emerging tools used to track AI search visibility.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others, with a genuine interest in developing a direct report's skills and career.
