As part of our organization, WAGI is backed by a top-tier, patient-centered gastroenterology network that is led by physicians. This collaboration enables WAGI to provide exceptional, personalized patient care by utilizing the extensive business and organizational resources available, allowing our physicians to concentrate on their primary goal: delivering outstanding care in a thriving private practice environment.

We currently have several openings for Full-Time Board Eligible/Certified General Gastroenterologists at our Bellevue, Puyallup, and Tacoma locations. Join our well-established community-based practice with a partnership track. These roles are primarily outpatient-focused, offering a balanced work/life schedule with a 4-day work week and call responsibilities of no more than 1:6.

Our gastroenterology practice is the foremost in Washington State, featuring over 30 Board-Certified Gastroenterologists and 20 Advanced Practitioners. We provide a range of clinical, endoscopic, and laboratory services across 15 locations in Western Washington. Our clinical offerings include Hemorrhoid Banding, Capsule Endoscopy, Breath Tests, Manometry/pH studies, ERCP, EUS, and Infusion services. Our Endoscopy Centers are equipped with cutting-edge technology for procedures such as colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and esophageal dilation.

WAGI's locations are strategically situated, offering easy access to the stunning landscapes from the Puget Sound to Mount Rainier, along with a wealth of recreational activities. The region is home to professional sports teams like the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Mariners, and the new NHL team, the Seattle Kraken. For those who appreciate craft beverages, there are numerous breweries and wineries, as well as a variety of local coffee roasters. With an array of museums and year-round outdoor activities, the Puget Sound area truly has something for everyone.

We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package that includes:

  • Full-time employees (defined as working 30 or more hours per week) and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance.
  • A 401(k) plan with maximum employer contributions for physicians.
  • Five weeks of annual vacation for employed physicians.
  • This salaried position offers a compensation range of $475,000 - $550,000.
