The Role

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy SDR Team Lead for our DACH market who has a proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing high-performing outbound teams.

As a hands‑on leader, you will focus on growing your team's skills and commercial experience. You will manage a team of 8–10 SDRs, bringing established coaching frameworks to elevate their day‑to‑day execution and ensure they have the training, support, and mentorship required to consistently deliver high-quality pipeline.

Here’s how you’ll make a differenceProactive Coaching & Skill Growth

Spend the majority of your time actively developing your reps. You will bring a structured methodology to run daily call reviews, lead objection-handling workshops, and continuously refine DACH‑specific messaging to help reps increase their weekly Open Handover Cases (OHCs).

Team Performance Delivery

Take ownership of the DACH team's pipeline target. You will ensure your 8–10 reps are executing high‑quality, targeted outreach that converts into sustainable business growth.

Professional Judgment & Capability Building

Demonstrate strong judgment in balancing leadership and guidance. Your focus will be on empowering your SDRs to navigate challenges independently, helping them build long‑term professional skills and progress in their sales careers.

AI & Tech Enablement

Champion the use of modern sales tools and AI workflows within your team. Ensure your reps are leveraging technology to automate repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on high-quality, personalized execution.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Act as the bridge between your team and the local Account Executives (AEs). Ensure a tight feedback loop regarding lead quality, discovery depth, and handoff efficiency to maintain a \"One Team\" culture.
