Job description

SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. — we invite you to be part of the solution!

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy SDR Team Lead for our DACH market who has a proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing high-performing outbound teams.

As a hands‑on leader, you will focus on growing your team's skills and commercial experience. You will manage a team of 8–10 SDRs, bringing established coaching frameworks to elevate their day‑to‑day execution and ensure they have the training, support, and mentorship required to consistently deliver high-quality pipeline.

Here’s how you’ll make a differenceProactive Coaching & Skill Growth

Spend the majority of your time actively developing your reps. You will bring a structured methodology to run daily call reviews, lead objection-handling workshops, and continuously refine DACH‑specific messaging to help reps increase their weekly Open Handover Cases (OHCs).

Team Performance Delivery

Take ownership of the DACH team's pipeline target. You will ensure your 8–10 reps are executing high‑quality, targeted outreach that converts into sustainable business growth.

Professional Judgment & Capability Building

Demonstrate strong judgment in balancing leadership and guidance. Your focus will be on empowering your SDRs to navigate challenges independently, helping them build long‑term professional skills and progress in their sales careers.

AI & Tech Enablement

Champion the use of modern sales tools and AI workflows within your team. Ensure your reps are leveraging technology to automate repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on high-quality, personalized execution.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Act as the bridge between your team and the local Account Executives (AEs). Ensure a tight feedback loop regarding lead quality, discovery depth, and handoff efficiency to maintain a \"One Team\" culture.

What makes you a great fit
  • Proven SDR Management Experience: You have a track record of formally managing SDR/BDR teams in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment. You bring proven experience in hiring, managing, and retaining top talent.
  • Coaching Domain Expertise: You don't just give feedback; you have an established, structured framework for upskilling reps. You know how to break down a sales call, identify a behavioral bottleneck, and run targeted coaching sessions that result in measurable improvement.
  • Leadership Maturity: You understand how to scale a team's capabilities through structured mentorship. You measure your success by the skill growth, confidence, and collective output of your reps.
  • DACH Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the DACH commercial landscape, cultural nuances in business communication, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR implications on outreach). Native or business‑fluent German is required.
  • High Energy & Grit: You bring positive, contagious energy to the team every day. You know how to keep a team resilient and motivated through high‑rejection outbound cycles.
What Will Make You Successful Here (GTM Attributes)
  • Operational Impact: You cut through the noise and focus on what moves the needle. You prioritize actual pipeline outcomes over empty activity metrics.
  • Growth Mindset & Curiosity: You absorb feedback quickly and constantly look for ways to optimize your team's playbook. You challenge old ways of prospecting constructively.
  • Technological Edge: You are eager to experiment with AI and sales tech to make your team more efficient. You don't tolerate manual workflows if technology can do it better.
  • Respectful Collaboration: You build strong, mature relationships with AEs and Marketing peers, addressing friction with constructive honesty rather than defensive posturing.
What we offer
  • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours
  • Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts
  • Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet‑ups
  • And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog‑friendly HQ
  • *Perks and benefits listed above are for full‑time employees and may vary slightly by office location. These are just a sample—you’ll learn more during the interview process.
