Jesse Barrera is a Farmers Insurance Presidents Council Agent, placing him among the Top 1% of Farmers Insurance agencies nationwide. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with prospective customers. Responsibilities
  • Contact agency-provided leads by phone, text, and email
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Respond quickly to inbound marketing leads
  • Qualify prospects and identify insurance needs
  • Schedule appointments for licensed sales agents
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
  • Follow proven sales scripts and processes
  • Meet daily and monthly activity goals
  • Participate in coaching, role-playing, and ongoing training
