Job Description :

Looking for a MID-Level Onshore Scrum Master who will perform below responsibilities

  • Agile Facilitation - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Ensure Scrum practices are followed and continuously improved
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and mindset Team Enablement
  • Identify and remove blockers that impact team productivity
  • Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment
  • Track sprint progress and ensure commitments are met Stakeholder Communication (Onshore Focus)
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
  • Provide regular updates on sprint progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align priorities Delivery & Metrics
  • Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time
  • Drive continuous improvement using data and retrospectives
  • Support release planning and backlog refinement Risk & Dependency Management
  • Identify risks early and coordinate mitigation plans
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, especially in distributed environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience 6-8 years of overall IT experience 4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
  • Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams Core Skills Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to coach teams and influence without authority Tools & Technologies Agile tools like Rally (preferred), Jira, or Azure DevOps
