Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Agilist 2 to support product, business, and technology teams in delivering customer-centric solutions that create measurable business value. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile practitioner who thrives in complex environments, drives continuous improvement, enables high-performing teams, and helps translate strategic objectives into successful product outcomes.
As an Agilist 2, you will serve as a trusted partner to Product Managers, Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and Technology Leaders, ensuring Agile principles, product thinking, and continuous delivery practices are embedded into everyday work. You will help teams accelerate value delivery, remove impediments, improve predictability, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
About the Team
This role supports ATM Services within U.S. Bank's Consumer and Business Banking organization. The CBB ATM organization plays a critical role in delivering U.S. Bank's self-service banking experience. The team collaborates across Consumer & Business Banking to provide secure, high-performing ATM solutions that ensure reliable access for customers and adapt to evolving usage trends and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Delivery Excellence
Facilitate and continuously improve Agile delivery practices across multiple product teams.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Business, and Risk teams to align work with strategic objectives and customer outcomes.
Drive execution of product roadmaps while ensuring teams remain focused on delivering measurable business value.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program planning activities.
Identify and proactively resolve dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery challenges across teams.
Product & Program Enablement
Support product discovery efforts focused on customer needs, business outcomes, and experimentation.
Help teams establish and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), key performance indicators, and delivery metrics.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between product strategy, technology execution, and operational readiness.
Enable the successful execution of large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and technology teams.
Support portfolio planning, prioritization activities, and strategic roadmap execution.
Coaching & Continuous Improvement
Champion Agile values, principles, and best practices across the organization.
Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies to improve team effectiveness and delivery predictability.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and customer obsession.
Drive process improvement initiatives that simplify workflows, reduce waste, and improve business outcomes.
Assist in onboarding and developing Agile maturity across new and existing teams.
Governance, Risk & Operational Excellence
Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure governance requirements are met while maintaining delivery agility.
Support operational processes including team planning, resource coordination, funding support, vendor engagement, and portfolio reporting.
Maintain transparency through dashboards, reporting, and actionable metrics.
Ensure evidence, documentation, and regulatory requirements are managed effectively throughout the product lifecycle.
Agile Tooling & Analytics
Utilize Agile management and collaboration tools including:
Jira
Confluence
Dragonboat
Mural
Microsoft Office Suite
Develop and monitor delivery metrics, velocity trends, dependency tracking, and continuous improvement indicators.
Provide actionable insights that improve team performance and customer outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting Agile product development teams, Agile coaching, and Agile portfolio management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery, program management, product operations, Scrum Master, or Agile coaching roles.
Experience supporting technical programs within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Strong understanding of product management principles, customer-centric delivery, and strategic execution.
Experience partnering with software engineering, architecture, and technology teams.
Knowledge of banking, financial services, payments, lending, digital banking, or related financial products.
Familiarity with funding models, portfolio management, and capitalizable technology initiatives.
Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across large organizations.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
