Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support to the InSight Office Manager in conjunction with the Customer Relationship Management Salesforce system project (InSight Office) as well as trains new and current InSight Business Analysts. As a manager of the Business Analyst team, the focus is more on technical document development, helping capture and drive system enhancements through the proper release cadence, improves Business Analyst's skill sets, production testing support and enforcing data quality and security.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Provides knowledge and training to new and current InSight Business Analysts as needed.
Works with the InSight Office Manager to prioritize project timelines and requirements.
Works under the direct guidance of the InSight Office Manager to ensure coordination of the InSight Office project team efforts to complete enhancement objectives and deliverables.
Participates as an active member of the InSight Office project team and supports the team as the Business Analyst Manager. Making sure the admin team is trained on Scrum, InSight Process and Procedures, and proper testing steps for production release nights.
Attends all team meetings and conducts the weekly Standup Meeting, Flow Reviews; alsoattends the IT Code Review as the InSight Office representative.
Tracks enhancement statuses and prepares project status reports for assigned Project Manager from the EPMO office based on specific projects . Maintains project documentation as required.
Maintains broad understanding of the fundamental technologies driving the competitive landscape for similar products, and stays current on Salesforce updates
Assists in opportunity sizing to provide key information to business areas to help them prioritize enhancement work.
Develops and maintains custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity, productivity and monitor usage
Takes business requirements and converts them into technical requirements to be used by technology partners.
Leads the InSight office in servicing users and administers changes/enhancements to InSight.
Responsible for post-implementation documentation and process guides, how to guides, and training steps.
Collaborates with the InSight Office Manager on an ongoing basis to streamline workflow, increase adoption rates, improve quality and eliminate redundancy.
Leads, directs and supervises assigned staff and exercises the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of management experience is preferred.
  • Six (6) or more years of project-related or financial services related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Effective project management, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS
Scrum Master Certification or 3 years of formal Agile training preferred.
Recognized certifications include but are not limited to Salesforce Certification (ADM201), Advanced Admin (ADM211), Platform App Builder (CRT 402), nCino Certified Administrator, nCino Certified Advanced Administrator, nCino Retail Banking Configuration, nCino Commercial Banking Configuration, or Terafina certification (all preferred).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects, seminars or training as needed.
