Job Summary

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of challenging, high-impact IT initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role demands project management partnership, effective communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes in alignment with business goals and IT strategy.

Essential Functions
  • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Monitor project performance, manage changes in scope and priorities, and ensure deliverables meet agreed‑upon quality standards.
  • Deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies as appropriate, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Support organizational change management to implement technology adoption and process improvements.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
Education and Qualifications

High School or Equivalent Required. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields.
