Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Herndon VA

Duration: 7Months

Job Description:


The client seeks an individual to provide ongoing maintenance and support of technical monitory systems including resolutions to bug reports, monitoring and verification of the health of the application and its various components. Additionally this resource will be working with team members to define automation requirements, test new automation enhancements, and maintain automation code.


Required Qualification:


5+ years' experience in reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems 



Create test models for SIT testing (plans, data and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data 


Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s) 


Proven ability to consult with business end users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives 


Excellent communication skills: expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections 


Proven ability to write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures Working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts 


BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar computer or engineering field, or equivalent experience and/or professional certification 



Ability to participate in customer status meetings as scheduled 


Effective leadership to direct the work of others and judgment to plan and accomplish goal Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks and displaying a wide degree of creativity and latitude
