As a child she had great love for the early R&B, Hip-Hop, Pop, and Metal legends of the '80s and '90s, she grew up swooning along with her radio. She cultivated her knowledge of music and movies from the early age of eight, learning all the actors, actresses and even directors' names from all different genres of movies. Her passion for entertainment lead her to start a promotions company along with a good friend in 2009, and they presented a local independent artist showcase monthly.

Once they separated she opened her first magazine Dyme Squad Magazine LLC which featured one on one interviews with celebrities such as actress Terri Vaughan, rappers Project Pat, Sean P of the legendary rap group YoungBloodz, Young Money, ASAP Rocky and more. Dyme Squad Magazine also featured independent entertainers, authors, models, and businesses. The magazine was very successful for over five years, and provided several major and independent entertainers with radio, bookings and more. She gained valuable relationships with several celebrities, managers, a&r's, business owners and public relations agents in the entertainment industry. A lot of media today provide you with a lot of, rumors, gossip and negative reports about the stars. Dyme Squad Media LLC has changed that and will continue to provide the world with interviews based on positive and accurate information directly from the entertainers themselves.

Requirements:

Must own a reliable computer, and telephone. Must be dependable and be able to work independently, with little supervision. Must be professional at all times, and assist company in setting meeting monthly sales goals. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Drive. Be able to maintain professionalism on the telephone and be able to send professional correspondence via email. Sales Representatives will report to and work closely with the Senior Sales Department Manager;

Must have experience in the Entertainment Industry and the following

  • B2B Sales
  • Generating Sales Leads

Responsibilities:

  • Learn all services and details
  • Learn Closing Procedure, and Client Payment Procedure
  • Research businesses and entertainment clients and contact them for cold sales
  • Keep open lines of communication with all potential clients
  • Follow-up with all potential clients within 2 businesses days
  • Point of Contact for Clients
  • Assist in meeting Monthly Sales Team Goals
  • Attend all Sales & Marketing meeting (Telephone Conference or in Person)
  • Assist in setting sales strategies and goals
  • Update and maintain Sales Lead Spreadsheet Daily, Add Leads contact details to sheet, along with dates and notes. (This is how we keep up with your work activities) More will be explained in training.
  • Other assignments as assigned by Senior Sales Department Manager need to meet company goals.
