QA Automation Tester/Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Seeking for an Automation Tester/Developer to support the Operations and Maintenance for the Program to contribute to the full lifecycle of Java-based applications.

  • Execute automated test scripts in TOSCA for regression testing.
  • Perform manual testing and develop automated test scripts in TOSCA.
  • Assist in junit and jmockit test script development for developer testing.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to build, test, and debug Java applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow SDLC best practices.
  • Write manual test scripts for release testing and execute them.
  • Work with cross-functional agile teams to implement testing solutions.
  • Develop junits and jmockits for developer unit testing.
  • Maintain Java applications and resolve software defects.
  • Write clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code.
  • Work with databases like Oracle and SQL.
  • Contribute to system documentation and improve development processes.
  • Stay updated with new testing and Java technologies, trends, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in writing manual test scripts.
  • Knowledge of manual testing procedures.
  • Experience with developing automated TOSCA test scripts.
  • Executing TOSCA automated scripts.
  • Working knowledge of ALM, Q-Test, and NeoLoad.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of junit and jmockit test case development.
