ACME Screw Machine Operator: Loves Park, Illinois
Our customer in Loves Park, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. As an ACME Screw Machine Operator, you will produce precision parts, maintain machine performance, and help ensure safe and efficient operations.
 
Responsibilities of the ACME Screw Machine Operator:
  • Operate ACME screw machines to produce precision parts and monitor performance.
  • Perform routine adjustments and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, conformance, and accuracy.
  • Record production measurements, quality checks, and machine logs.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety protocols.
  • Follow company policies and industry regulations for machine operation and workplace safety.
 
ACME Screw Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with ACME screw machines or similar equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift materials, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
 
Pay for ACME Screw Machine Operator: $28/hour.
