Job Summary
Seeking a Machine Operator with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role involves operating and maintaining SMT production equipment, following standard procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment according to established procedures.
  • Participate in pre-job and safety/toolbox meetings.
  • Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues.
  • Support continuous improvement and failure investigation activities.
  • Ensure equipment readiness and on-time delivery to operations.
Required Qualifications
