Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: 1333 Industrial Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77478
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2
 
Job Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery while maintaining shop equipment and assisting with operational activities.
 
Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment as per established procedures.
  • Operate production equipment according to operational guidelines and competency levels.
  • Report equipment issues, deviations, or operational concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining shop and field equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes.
  • Participate in equipment failure investigations when required.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant machine operation experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Language: English proficiency required
