Job Description – Delivery Driver / Print Production Associate

Location: Fishers, IN Department: Production / Warehouse

Reports to: Store Manager

Eastern Engineering Supply is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver / Print Production Associate to join our family-owned company at our Fishers, IN location. Proudly serving customers for over 50 years, we take pride in our employees and foster a culture where everyone matters. Through our strong company culture and strategic growth, we have expanded significantly in recent years. With over 65 employees across 9 locations in 5 states, we are seeking a candidate to play a key role in our continued success.

A WBENC-Certified company, we provide sales, service, and supplies for printing and printing equipment. We offer affordable rental programs for wide format printers and office copiers. We are also known for printing CAD drawings and plans in color.

Job Summary:

The Delivery Driver / Print Production Associate supports the Store Manager by ensuring efficient transportation of orders and supplies for our customers in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industries; providing exceptional customer service; and ensuring complete and efficient completion of projects. This role requires professionalism, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this position depends on safely meeting delivery and print production deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Deliveries

· Deliver print orders, such as rolls of construction paper, drawings, specification books, large format color prints, printed boards, and corrugated plastic and metal signs.

· Deliver supply orders, such as paper, toner, and ink for large format printers.

· Operate company vehicles in accordance with state and federal safety regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any issues promptly.

2. Print Production

· Operate large and small format printers and scanners to produce high quality prints and scans according to industry standards and customer specifications.

· Perform quality checks on production projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards and customer requirements.

· Help to troubleshoot and resolve technical/equipment issues, calibrate and adjust printers.

· Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure optimal functionality.

3. Customer Service

· Professionally and efficiently interact with customers daily.

· Address and de-escalate customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

4. Warehouse Support

· Stock supplies.

· Package and ship orders.

· Help to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

5. All other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· At least 1 year of customer service experience required.

· 1-3 years' experience in delivery, logistics, customer service, or a related role preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to drive for extended periods and make frequent stops for deliveries.

· Prolonged periods of standing at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 pounds at times without dollies and in inclement weather.
