We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Print Operator to join our Customization Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality, customized products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate screen printing equipment with precision and accuracy.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines for specific print jobs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production runs to ensure top-notch quality, making adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to keep equipment in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specs and deadlines.
