Screen Printing Press Operator (Full-Time)

Location: Kewanna, IN
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

About the Role

Kewanna Screen Printing is looking for a reliable, hands‐on Screen Printing Press Operator to join our production team. This role is fast‐paced and detail‐driven, working across screen prep, printing, and finishing tasks to keep production running smoothly.

We are especially interested in candidates with 3+ years of production or manufacturing experience who are comfortable working independently, staying organized, and maintaining a steady, accurate workflow.

Responsibilities

Screen Printing Operations

  • Set up, operate, and maintain a manual screen printing press
  • Burn, coat, and prepare screens for production
  • Mix inks and ensure accurate color matching
  • Load materials, align artwork, and monitor print quality
  • Post‐press tasks: remove ink from screens, clean screens, inspect screens, and re‐coat screens
  • Stack and organize printed items for finishing

Finishing Department Support

  • Inspect printed products for accuracy and consistency
  • Operate finishing equipment (guillotine cutter, corner rounder, drill press, eyeletter)
  • Assist with packaging, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of production or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Screen printing experience is a plus (we will train the right person with solid production background)
  • Strong attention to detail and steady work pace
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and production deadlines
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and team‐oriented
