SUMMARY

The responsibilities of the SCO Attendant include supervising the self-checkouts, assisting customer in processing orders, including cashiering and loss prevention. The SCO Attendant also responds to complaints with genuine concern, learns about our Producers and Makers and assist the Customer Service Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

  • Assists with stocking merchandise around the checkout area
