We are seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive execution excellence, and deliver complex technical programs from concept to launch. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth, program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without authorit
Key job responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
  • Develop detailed program plans, timelines, roadmaps, status reports, and communication frameworks.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers-proactively drive mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Partner closely with engineering leads to define technical requirements, architecture impacts, and solution trade-offs.
  • Understand APIs, systems design, data flows, and cloud architectures to effectively guide technical discussions.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear business insights for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for program status, issues, planning, and communications.
  • Influence senior leaders and decision-makers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, operations, security, and support teams.
