Job Summary:

They are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Program Analyst to assist the Program Manager in a science program by providing technical support, coordinating events, and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure successful program management.
Responsibilities:
โข Provide technical support and coordinate conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, and technical reviews.
โข Maintain briefings and coordinate input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions, congressional requests for information and budgetary drills.
โข Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans.
โข Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development, representation of the government project, and assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives, cost and schedule.
โข Develop databases for technical programmatic tracking of milestones using programs such as task sheets, mission model canvas sheets, quad sheets, fact sheets and drafting portfolio review slides.
Qualifications:
Required:
โข Bachelorโs degree - Masters Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience
โข Ten (10) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics
โข Recent experience (last 5 years) in federal acquisition and budgeting
โข Experience in Science and Technology (S&T) program management
โข Experience in technical program management of programs in excess of $1M
โข Experience in planning methodologies to analyze research programs and development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones
โข Experience in evaluating and developing analytical models, procedures, and techniques
โข Experience in executing and reviewing technical studies, analysis, and design activities
โข Secret DoD Clearance
Preferred:
โข Experience collaborating with senior government (OPNAV, SYSCOM, Warfare Centers, Secretariat, or OSD personnel)
โข Experience supporting senior Navy S&T leadership or programs on complex tasks
โข Experience with Department of Defense Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (DoD RDT&E) program/budget exhibits & RDT&E strategic plans
โข Experience in one or more of the following focus areas: (1) Naval/Marine Corps Naval Engineering, (2) Naval/Marine Corps Power and Energy, (3) Naval/Marine Corps Materials, (4) Naval/Marine Corps Undersea Systems and (5) Naval/Marine Corps Manufacturing
