NLP Logix is seeking a Program Manager to help drive the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream client programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, aligning cross-functional teams, and keeping high-impact work on track.

You will work across Data Science, Engineering, Product, Agile Delivery, Release Management, Quality Assurance, and Client Success to coordinate priorities, manage dependencies, surface risks, and create clear visibility into program health.

This role is focused on delivery execution and governance and does not own client sales, renewals, or account expansion.

About NLP Logix

We help organizations solve complex business challenges by combining innovative technology, custom problem-solving, and disciplined delivery practices that move AI solutions from concept to production.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple client programs and workstreams.
  • Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
  • Facilitate client status meetings, planning sessions, and issue-resolution discussions.
  • Prepare clear reporting on timelines, risks, issues, decisions, financials, and resource needs.
  • Maintain program-level risk, issue, dependency, and decision logs.
  • Lead internal program reviews and support executive steering committee preparation.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and financial risks.
  • Identify blockers, coordinate mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ensure program documentation, approvals, and governance materials remain current.
  • Support release readiness and cross-team coordination for deployments.
  • Partner with Release Management without directly owning release execution.
  • Collaborate with Client Success to maintain alignment and clear ownership.
  • Provide input on staffing needs and work with leadership to address capacity gaps.
  • Help teams make timely decisions and stay accountable to delivery commitments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, client delivery, or cross-functional workstreams.
  • Experience in a technology, software, analytics, consulting, or data-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions.
  • Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science programs is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
Preferred Certifications

Certifications are not required but may include:

  • PMP or PgMP
  • SAFe certifications, including SPC or RTE
  • Certified ScrumMaster or Agile coaching certifications
  • ITIL certification or working knowledge
