Job Description

We are looking for Data Scientist in Juno Beach FL.


Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activities associated with the administration of either mainframe or distributed computerized databases;
Design, implement, maintain and monitors databases;
Develop documents and implements guidelines, standards and procedures, maintenance of database dictionaries, and integration of systems through database design;
Develop machine learning, optimization and other modeling solutions;
Prepare comprehensive documented observations, analyses and interpretations of results including technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses;
Research meteorological and climate influences on wind and solar generation, including forecasting techniques and applications;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience as a Data Scientist (5+ years);
Experience with regression and classification techniques (RF, SVM, LR, time-series models, etc);
Experience with statistical analysis packages (R, Python, STRATA, Matlab, etc);
Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied math, physics, statistics or computer science is required;
Master's degree/ Doctoral degree (preferred).
