TEACHER OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES/SCIENCE (IN CLASS RESOURCE)
2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
FAIR LAWN HIGH SCHOOL


We are presently accepting applications for the following position. This position requires proper N.J. certification. 
TEACHER OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES/SCIENCE (IN CLASS RESOURCE)
Qualifications:
NJ Certificate:  Teacher of Science (required), Biology (preferred), 





                           Must hold Teacher of Students with Disabilities endorsement or Teacher of the Handicapped certificate (required)

  • Familiar with NJ Student Learning Standards
  • Strong instructional background
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with at-risk students
  • Knowledge of curriculum modifications
  • Knowledge of multisensory instruction
  • Knowledge of educational software applications
  • Must be able to perform physical work which requires frequent bending and lifting
