A Day in the LifeMedtronic Endoscopy partners with healthcare professionals to advance patient care through physician education, scientific engagement, and evidence-based training programs that support the safe and effective use of endoscopy technologies. The Medical Science and Education team works closely with physician faculty, medical affairs, professional societies, and cross-functional partners to develop educational strategies that enhance clinical knowledge, procedural adoption, and customer engagement.
The Sr. Medical Science & Education Manager will lead a team responsible for medical education, physician engagement, and medical science initiatives across the Endoscopy portfolio. This role will shape curriculum strategy, establish educational frameworks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and support business objectives.
This position may be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota or Lafayette, Colorado and requires an onsite work arrangement. 25% travel is required to support physician education programs, faculty engagement activities, conferences, and other business needs.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$172,000.00 - $258,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
