What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a School Director, and why are they important?

To thrive as a School Director, you need strong leadership abilities, educational expertise, and typically a master's degree in education or administration. These competencies are essential for ensuring effective school operations, high academic standards, and a supportive environment for both staff and students.

How much does a school director make an hour?
