Job description

To thrive as a Data Analyst, you'll use a strong analytical approach. You will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support hard-working business and sales decisions. In this role, you'll work with large and diverse data sets. These span sales performance management, customer account structuring, sales account team alignment, sales tracking and reporting. You will uncover trends, find opportunities, and proactively. You will uncover trends, find opportunities, and proactively surface risks. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, and multi-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting, improve data processes, and support central initiatives across the organization.
You will play a key role in developing data-driven narratives and prepare data stories from complex, non-standardized, and imperfect data sources, with a focus on sales account team performance and customer account structures and insights. Your work will directly influence sales strategy execution, performance discussions, and ongoing process improvements.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze and aggregate sales data from different sources to deliver actionable insights, performance reporting, and executive-level decision support.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by accomplishing data cleansing, monitoring key performance metrics, researching root causes, and resolving reporting or process issues.
  • Streamline and improve reporting systems and sales processes through data discovery, collaborator validation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Play a key role in establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of critical sales, account, and opportunity logistics, and customer master data.
  • Manage customer rebate agreements end-to-end ensuring contract signatures are completed and aligned with terms, and connecting those terms to system configurations and account structures to enable accurate sales tracking, clean reporting, and reliable rebate payout execution.

What We're Looking For
  • 4-5 years of demonstrable experience in data analysis or business analytics. You should have good ability to collect, coordinate, analyze, and interpret large datasets accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP preferred), along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, presentation software, Word, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize under time pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate multi-functionally, build productive business relationships, and maintain confidentiality.
  • A customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership, flexibility to work varied hours, and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
  • High school diploma required; degree in Analytics or equivalent experience preferred
  • Candidates must be able to work onsite each week
