Bridges Preparatory School is looking for After School Program employees Monday - Friday during the school calendar 3pm to 5:30pm. We are seeking those who have a passion for working with school-age children. You will play a crucial role in supervising and engaging with children in a safe and enriching environment beyond regular school hours. Your responsibilities will include assisting students with homework, facilitating recreational activities, and promoting their social-emotional development. You will have the opportunity to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that ignite creativity and foster teamwork, while ensuring that the environment remains secure and welcoming. Effective communication with parents and school staff will be key to creating a cohesive support system for the children in your care, allowing you to contribute to their overall well-being and growth.

Experience working with children is fundamental, enabling you to understand their needs and respond effectively to various situations.
