Job description

The AV Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing audio[1]visual systems for various projects and environments. This includes creating detailed design plans, selecting appropriate equipment, and ensuring that the final installation meets all technical and functional requirements.

The AV Design Engineer collaborates with clients, project managers, and installation teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design AV systems based on client requirements and project specifications.

  • Create detailed design documentation, including system schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on requirements.

  • Develop technical specifications for AV systems, including hardware, software, and networking components.

  • Manage AV design projects from inception to completion.
