Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to manage installation scheduling for shower doors, mirrors, shelving, and bath accessories.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can confidently manage a high volume of moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate daily installations with customers and installers
  • Maintain a real-time job calendar and 2-week installation pipeline
  • Adjust schedules based on job readiness, product availability, and crew capacity
  • Reschedule incomplete jobs efficiently
  • Update work orders/CRM and process completed jobs for billing
Qualifications:
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or construction coordination preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay ahead of issues
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
Pay & Benefits:
  • Starting at $18/hour+ (based on experience)
  • Full-time, consistent 40-hour work week
  • Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
