Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hospital Booking Scheduler to join our healthcare network . This role serves as the central point of coordination between patients and clinical teams during the critical scheduling window prior to surgeries and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for patients and clinical staff regarding upcoming procedures

  • Process procedural orders from referring practices (e.g., patient testing, office visits, general orders)

  • Conduct outbound calls to coordinate procedural logistics with patients and staff

  • Provide timely and helpful assistance to patients preparing for hospital-based procedures

Primary Skills:

  • Administrative experience in a healthcare setting

  • Strong communication and coordination capabilities
