Job description


As a Sr. Production Scheduler here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing production schedules to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources. You will coordinate across multiple departments to balance supply and demand, analyze production data, and implement improvements to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
You will report directly to our Production Scheduling Manager and you'll work out of our Greer, SC location on a On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by ensuring production schedules are realistic, executable, and aligned with customer demands and inventory goals. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to solve problems
  • Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to ensure production targets are met
  • Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components
  • Collaborate with operations and SIOP team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain or production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

  • Expert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
