Job Summary:

Position Summary:

Must be competent in all departments in a Surgery Office setting except transcription and have a general knowledge of accounts receivables including managed care, insurance and their requirements. Responsibilities include extensive patient contact, scheduling, filing, and telephone work. Must be knowledgeable in general surgery procedures, including pre- and post-op patient requirements. Candidates must be able to work within all departments in the general surgery office when needed, with minimal supervision.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Skills: Computer oriented
