What You'll Do
• Manage therapist and client schedules across clinic, home, and school settings
• Coordinate cancellations, coverage, and schedule changes
• Communicate scheduling updates with families and staff
• Maintain schedules and records in CentralReach
• Support waitlist management and client-to-therapist matching
• Help schedule RBT supervision requirements
• Track authorization hours and scheduling utilization
• Optimize therapist schedules to reduce drive time and maintain consistent hours
• Assist with coverage when staff call out or schedules shift
• Support onboarding scheduling for new clients and staff
• Assist with small operational tasks around the clinic
• Add creativity to our social media pages by sharing POP moments and celebrations
A Day in the Life at POP
Your day might include:
• Adjusting therapist schedules when a client cancels
• Matching a new client with the right therapist
• Coordinating supervision schedules with BCBAs
• Communicating schedule updates with families
• Updating schedules and authorizations in CentralReach
• Helping optimize therapist schedules to reduce drive time
• Supporting coverage when schedules change
• Assisting around the clinic with operational tasks
• Capturing fun moments and helping add creative content to our social media pages
