Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, oral exams, and diagnostic imaging.
Comprehensive Procedures: Perform a wide range of treatments including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision.
Team Collaboration: Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance clinical efficiency and ensure patient comfort.
Patient Education: Clearly communicate treatment options using proper dental terminology and educate patients on preventive care and post-treatment instructions.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold strict infection control/sterilization protocols.

Salary Range

Full-time $16,000 - $30,000 per month

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Licensure: Valid dental license to practice as a Dentist in the state of California.
Clinical Proficiency: Proven experience in general dentistry, specifically in extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with practice management software (experience with Open Dental is highly desirable).
Knowledge Base: Strong command of dental/medical terminology and relevant anatomy.
Soft Skills: Exceptional patient care skills, a compassionate chair-side manner, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Integrity: Absolute commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
