Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this important office-based role, you'll support our service technicians and help ensure our customers receive timely, professional care. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required during peak seasons)

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily technician schedules and dispatch them effectively throughout the day
  • Book service appointments, schedule follow-ups, and communicate clearly with customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly
  • Keep accurate records and update customer information in our service system
  • Collaborate with technicians and leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
  • Prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
What You Need
  • 3+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and data entry abilities (proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and focused
  • Good knowledge of the Santa Fe area or strong navigation skills
  • Professional phone demeanor and experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior HVAC industry knowledge (preferred)
  • Familiarity with dispatch software (experience with FieldEdge is a strong plus)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
