Job description

Location:ย Lincoln Park, IL

Opportunity

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth's mineral-rich waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas worldwide.ย Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.ย 

Specific responsibilitiesย include:

  • Utilize forecast tools, class schedule, reservations, group blocks etc. to generate schedules for location commission staff (therapists, instructors, trainers, etc.).
  • Monitor reservations for overbooking.ย 
  • Block off schedule where necessary (groups, classes, extra time needed, lunches, etc.).
  • Work in partnership with leaders to distribute and manage edits to schedules to ensure timely delivery of posted schedules.
  • Work with leadership to coordinate training and meetings into schedules and make appropriate room reservations as needed.
  • Will occasionally assist at the Front Desk of assigned location.
  • May be required to serve as Manager on Duty of assigned location.

This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
