What you'll own:
  • Drive exceptional end-user experiences by delivering timely and effective resolution of technology issues, maximizing colleague productivity and achieving strong service outcomes.
  • Own the resolution of technical incidents and service requests across devices, applications, and access management, ensuring issues are addressed within service level commitments and minimizing business disruption.
  • Strengthen technology reliability and operational efficiency by identifying root causes, recommending improvements, and enhancing support processes that reduce recurring issues.
  • Influence continuous improvement initiatives through contributions to documentation, knowledge management, and technology refresh projects that improve scalability and team effectiveness.
  • Enable a secure and connected workforce by supporting device provisioning, mobile technology solutions, and access management practices that help colleagues work confidently from any location.

What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting end-user technology, including Windows, ChromeOS, and Apple devices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose issues, determine root causes, and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, including user account management, password resets, and security group administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear technical guidance and build positive relationships across diverse teams.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a track record of managing priorities independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

It's a bonus if you have:
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow or similar ticket management platforms in a high-volume support environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Jamf for endpoint and mobile device management.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, application deployment, and user enablement initiatives.
  • Experience imaging and setting up laptops, and knowledge of Windows 11 and MacOS.
