Job Title: Part-Time Scanning/File Clerk

Location: Onsite, North Lima, OH

Duration: Contract through the end of 2026

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15/hour


We are looking for a dependable File Clerk to support document management and administrative operations at an onsite location in North Lima, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who works carefully, learns quickly, and takes pride in keeping records accurate and organized. The role combines digital document handling with physical file maintenance while supporting the day-to-day needs of the office.


Responsibilities:

• Convert paper records into digital files and store them in the correct electronic folders.

• Upload documents to the server and keep digital records arranged for easy retrieval.

• Maintain physical filing systems by sorting, updating, and storing hard copy documents accurately.

• Review file placement for accuracy and completeness to help preserve organized records.

• Provide clerical assistance for routine office tasks as business needs require.
