Job Details:
Position:Street Sweeper Operator
Location:Dearborn, MI
Pay (Union Scale):$21.87- $28.18per hour depending on experience + OT + Prevailing Wage
This position is part of the Operating Engineers 324 Union Location.
Job Duties:
The Street Sweeper:
Operates and drives Street Sweepers for various customers, including to and from work sites
Cleans equipment
Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or repairs to supervisor
Requirements
21 years of age or older
Flexible regarding work schedule as operation is 24/7/365 days a year
Valid CDL A or B with Airbrake Endorsement
Prioritize health and safety
Communicates well with supervisors, management, crew, and customers
Be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicles Record Check
Previous Street Sweeper experience a plus
