Job description

Join this company, a 100% employee-owned ESOP and one of the nation's leading system integrators with over 40 years of industry experience.

Looking to add Instrumentation Field Technicians with at least 2 years of field experience to support industrial automation and control systems at customer sites. This hands-on role includes instrument calibration and troubleshooting, PLC and SCADA support, motor control troubleshooting, networking, commissioning, and system modifications. You'll work directly with customers, making strong technical and communication skills essential.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of instrumentation and controls field experience
  • Experience calibrating and troubleshooting industrial instrumentation
  • Knowledge of PLCs (Rockwell SLC, PLC5, ControlLogix, Emerson RX3i/90-30)
  • Experience with SCADA systems such as Ignition or GE Cimplicity
  • Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, and electrical/control panel drawings
  • Experience with VFDs, motor starters, industrial networking, and commissioning
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites

Preferred: Experience with industrial networking, BMS, semiconductor facilities, or working alongside electrical and mechanical contractors.
