Grants Management Specialist (Mid-Level)

Employment Type Full-Time, Exempt | W-2 Project-Funded Employee

Location Remote or PSCG New Braunfels, TX office. Limited travel (10โ€“20%). Compensation $90,000 base plus benefits.

Essential Healthcare Solutions LLC is supporting Pinnacle Solutions & Consulting Group (PSCG), an SBA-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, in its search for motivated, solution-driven team players eager to embrace the responsibilities of working in a dynamic and professionally rewarding environment.

PSCG supports prime contractors on federal grants administration, subrecipient monitoring, and disaster recovery financial management. Clean grants work is what turns federally-declared disasters into actual rebuilt communities.

THE ROLE

PSCG is hiring a Grants Management Specialist to support an active MSA task order. This role executes day-to-day grants administration, subrecipient compliance monitoring, and documentation support under the direction of senior grants staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Administer federal grants in accordance with 2 C.F.R. Part 200 Uniform Guidance.
  • Monitor subrecipient compliance with federal cost principles, procurement standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Support grant drawdown documentation and federal financial reporting.
  • Prepare grant management deliverables including monitoring reports, corrective action plans, and closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate with prime contractor finance teams and state grants management offices.
  • Support cost validation and reasonableness analysis for disaster recovery projects.
  • Maintain grant files and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Maintain DCAA-compliant daily timekeeping against assigned task order charge codes.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of federal grants management experience.
  • Working knowledge of 2 C.F.R. Part 200 Uniform Guidance.
  • Experience with FEMA Public Assistance, HMGP, CDBG-DR, or similar federal disaster recovery programs.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with federal grants management systems.
  • U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Immediate availability; ability to start within fourteen (14) days of offer acceptance.
