Are you passionate about crafting high-quality meat products? Do you take pride in your work and enjoy hands-on tasks? At Milaca Meats, located in Milaca, MN, we are dedicated to producing exceptional meat products for our community, and we’re looking for an experienced Sausage Maker to join our team!

What You'll Do

As a Sausage Maker at Milaca Meats, you’ll play a key role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting high-quality sausage and other meat products. - Working with precision to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch. - Standing on your feet throughout the day to complete tasks efficiently. - Lifting up to 50 lbs as part of the production process. - Performing basic math to measure and mix ingredients accurately. - Maintaining focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a related field making meat products. - The ability to work on your feet for extended periods. - Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. - A knack for basic math and measurements. - A strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused on tasks.
