What You'll Do

As a Sausage Maker at Milaca Meats, you’ll play a key role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting high-quality sausage and other meat products. - Working with precision to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch. - Standing on your feet throughout the day to complete tasks efficiently. - Lifting up to 50 lbs as part of the production process. - Performing basic math to measure and mix ingredients accurately. - Maintaining focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a related field making meat products. - The ability to work on your feet for extended periods. - Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. - A knack for basic math and measurements. - A strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused on tasks.
