About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Supervisor (Saudi National) to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Team Coordination: Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, ensuring coverage of all critical areas.
  • Performance Monitoring: Observe team performance, provide feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching to maintain service standards.
  • Access Control Oversight: Monitor access control points, verify identification procedures, and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations for audit purposes.
  • Event Support: Assist Duty Manager in implementing security plans for events and VIP movements.
  • Equipment Checks: Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and report deficiencies promptly.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Work with other departments to resolve security-related concerns and maintain smooth operations.
  • Training Support: Assist in training new security officers on SOPs and emergency protocols.
  • Safety Culture: Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among team members through regular briefings and awareness programs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Higher secondary education.
  • 2-4 years in security operations, ideally with team coordination experience

  • Demonstrate previous experience in supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.

  • Possess practical knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, emergency procedures, and security

  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
