About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Guest Relations Executive (Saudi National Talent) - Food & Beverage at Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure theย hostessย desk or door is alwaysย mannedย to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.ย 

  • Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination.ย 

  • Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally andย in accordance withย standards.ย 

  • Greetย guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staffย immediately.ย 

  • Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention andย maintainingย knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.ย 

  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs accurately, including those withย special requirements, delivering service that exceeds expectations while adhering to Heart of Jumeirah standards.ย 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Hold aย Highschool diploma orย Secondary education.

  • Haveย 2-3ย yearsย ofย experience inย guest service-related workย in aย 5-starย hotel.

  • Hold aย Diploma/Degreeย in Hospitality Industryย (desirable).

  • Possessย experience of working in an international capacity.

  • Demonstrate a clearย understanding of culturalย differencesย showcasingย trust and respect for everyone.
