We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Government Relations Officer (GRO) to manage all government-related transactions and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling visa processes, labor-related procedures, and interactions with government portals and authorities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all official documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage all visa-related activities, including issuance, renewal, transfer, cancellation, and exit/re-entry visas.
  • Handle work permit and residency (Iqama) procedures in compliance with Saudi regulations.
  • Manage transactions through government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, and other relevant portals.
  • Liaise with government entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat), and other regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare, submit, and track government applications and official documentation.
  • Monitor visa, Iqama, and work permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee government-related requirements.
  • Stay up to date with changes in Saudi labor laws and government regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Saudi National (mandatory).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Government Relations (GRO) within Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on experience using Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, and other government platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, visa regulations, and government procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
