3) Proven large project experience SAP S4HANA for Contract Lease and Real Estate Management Consultant Public Sector project experience required with state and local governments Seeking consultant with strong Proficiency in SAP S4HANA modules related to real estate and lease management, including: Contract Management: Streamlining the creation, execution, and analysis of contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Lease Management: Managing the lifecycle of leases, including lease administration, financial management and reporting.
Real Estate Management: Overseeing property management functions, including space management, maintenance, and tenant management. Knowledge of Public Sector accounting standards.
Lead demonstration and requirements gathering (Fit-to-Standard) workshops Document relevant business processes. Experience with SAP Signavio a plus.
