Job description

Job Title: Senior Financial Manager Location: Pentagon Type: Direct Hire Security Clearance: TS/SCI (SAP eligible) Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial operations for large-scale technology programs exceeding $100M, including oversight of stakeholder communications, design, manufacturing, integration, and testing phases.
  • Apply and enforce policies, procedures, and standards from SAF/FMBIB, ensuring compliance across all financial activities.
  • Utilize SAP & Financial Systems Expertise: Over 15 years of SAP project management, project liaison, and statistical analysis.
  • Leverage extensive experience with AF SAP CORE, CV2 system, and SAFES systems (8+ years).
  • Coordinate and communicate project financial status and issues effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure financial integrity and policy adherence throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of SAP project management, project liaison, and statistical analysis experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience with AF SAP CORE, CV2 system, and SAFES systems.
  • 10+ years managing stakeholder communications and financial oversight for programs exceeding $100M.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in any field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in military or DoD environments highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and standards from SAF/FMBIB or similar entities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
