Job description

You Are:

The SAP Application Developer Lead Senior Manager is responsible for leading detailed application design, development (coding), unit testing, and break/fix development remediation.

The Work:

  • Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
  • Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
  • Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
  • Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members 

Here's What You Need:

  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
  • 7 + years SAP ECC and S/4 development experience
  • Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
